The 58th Assembly District encompasses the cities of Artesia, Bell Gardens, Bellflower, Cerritos, Commerce, Downey, Montebello, Norwalk, Pico Rivera. California will hold an election for the 58th Assembly District on March 3, 2020. There are two qualified candidates on the ballot. The term for this office is two years.
Margaret Villa is a candidate for Assembly. She is currently represented by the Green Party. She supports term limits, rent control, medicare for all and ranked choice voting.
She is running against 58th District incumbent, Assembly Member Cristina Garcia of Bell Gardens (D).
